A portfolio of 500+ data visualizations produced during my tenure at Mustard Insights — spanning healthcare, football analytics, entertainment, and global economic issues, with a particular focus on African data stories.
Scope of Work
- Healthcare: Disease incidence charts, immunization coverage maps, and hospital performance dashboards for public health communication
- Football Analytics: Player performance metrics, match statistics, and league comparison charts for sports media
- Entertainment: Industry trends, audience demographics, and content performance visuals
- Global Issues: Economic inequality, climate data, and development metrics — told through an African lens
Tools & Process
Each visualization began with raw data in SQL or Excel, was transformed and cleaned, then designed in Power BI or Figma with deliberate use of color, typography, and hierarchy to serve the intended audience — from executives to the general public on social media.
Impact
Visuals were published across Mustard Insights' media platforms and client reports, reaching thousands of readers and contributing to data-driven storytelling about Africa's economic and social landscape.
